Shipping, Returns & Replacement

Shipping

  • We ship within the U.S. to all 50 states for a flat rate of $5.95 per order.
  • Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 2 PM EST, Monday to Friday. Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days provided there are no delays from the courier.
  • Tracking information is updated overnight for orders that ship same day.

Returns & Refund Policy

You have the option to return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date to obtain a full refund. To initiate a return, we will guide you through the self-shipping process, ensuring you understand the steps involved. However, please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
 
In cases where the return is due to our mistake—such as if you received an incorrect item or a defective product—we will cover the return shipping fees. If you believe your return qualifies under this policy, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
 
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
 
 

Replacement/Refunds 

If you receive items that are damaged, missing, or incorrect, please submit your claim within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this time frame will not be accepted for a replacement or refund. Additionally, normal wear and tear of products does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
 
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery (for example, due to weather-related issues), as these packages cannot be replaced under any circumstances. If a package has been marked as "delivered" by UPS, along with proof of delivery, but you have not received it, you will need to file a claim directly with UPS
 
Non-Returnable Items:
 
Certain personal care products sold on heymedsupply.com are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns. This includes but is not limited to raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, pillows, cushions, and bath safety items.
