Order and Payment

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

We understand that you're eager to receive your order, and we make every effort to process it for delivery as soon as payment has been received. Please note that there is only a 1-2 minute window for cancelling an order. If you encounter any issues that may prevent or delay the delivery of your order, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team at 301-288-5988.

What do I do if items in my order are missing, defective, or damaged - or if I never receive my order?

NOTE: Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 - 72 hrs after receiving the items.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Does Hey Med Supply take Medicaid or Medicare?

We do not accept insurance or health cards at the moment, only cash-based transactions via credit/debit cards or PayPal options.


How long will my order take to ship?

We ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you place an order before 2 PM EST time on a business day, your item will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will ship the next business day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 1-2 business days.

How can I track my order?

Do you ship outside the U.S. or to overseas military addresses?

We do not ship outside the U.S. This means that we are unable to ship to U.S Territories and overseas Military addresses.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We're sorry, but we cannot deliver to P.O boxes at the moment; however, our shipping carriers can access almost any location even in rural areas!

Returns & Refund

What's your return & refund policy?

You may return most new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Can I return unopened packages from a case of a product?

Tax Exemption

If you happen to be tax-exempt, kindly send us your tax exemption certificate to before placing the order. This way, you won't be charged sales tax. Please note that failure to provide your certificate beforehand will result in an automatic charge for sales tax, which is non-refundable due to our payment system's settings. In case you haven't created an account with us yet, please do so so that we can upload your certificate before you place your order.
