Can I cancel my order after I place it?

What forms of payments do you accept?

Does Hey Med Supply take Medicaid or Medicare?
We do not accept insurance or health cards at the moment, only cash-based transactions via credit/debit cards or PayPal options.
How long will my order take to ship?
We ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you place an order before 2 PM EST time on a business day, your item will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will ship the next business day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 1-2 business days.

Do you ship outside the U.S. or to overseas military addresses?
We do not ship outside the U.S. This means that we are unable to ship to U.S Territories and overseas Military addresses.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We're sorry, but we cannot deliver to P.O boxes at the moment; however, our shipping carriers can access almost any location even in rural areas!
What's your return policy?
You can rest easy knowing that Hey Med Supply is here to help you. We offer a happiness policy, so your satisfaction is guaranteed! If the product you purchased from us has not been opened and remains in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date then we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund on request- all without requiring any return shipping cost incurred by the buyer.

Can I return unopened packages from a case of a product?
