In-Stock Same Day Shipping:
- All products with this status ship same day when order is placed before 2 pm EST Monday-Friday.
- Tracking information is updated overnight for orders that ship same day.

Returns & Refund Policy
You may return most new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Replacement/Refunds
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 - 72 hours of receiving the items. Normal wear and tear of products is not eligible for refund or replacement.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any packages that have been stolen, or damaged after delivery due to weather-related issues, as they are not replaceable under any circumstances. In the event that a package has been marked as "delivered" by UPS, with accompanying proof, but you have not received it, you will need to file a claim with UPS on your own.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain personal care products sold on heymedsupply.com are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns. This includes but is not limited to raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, pillows, cushions, and bath safety items.
