We ship within the U.S. to all 50 states for a flat rate per order of $4.95.
Orders ship same day if placed before 2 pm EST Monday-Friday.
In-Stock Same Day Shipping:
All products with this status ship same day when order is placed before 2 pm EST Monday-Friday.
Non-Stock Allow For Additional Shipping Time:
All products with this status can vary in delivery time. Contact us for current estimated delivery times for each non-stock product. Overall estimated delivery time is 1-5 weeks from purchase. All orders are processed (not shipped) same day if placed before 2 pm EST Monday-Friday.
Tracking information is updated overnight for orders that ship same day.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
**Non-Stock Items: Restocking fees apply only to manufactured shipped orders. You will be let known if return item is going back to manufacture. A 35% restocking fee can apply if manufacture charges.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Certain products sold on HeyMedSupply.com are considered non-returnable due to hygiene issues. Hygiene items such as raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, pillows, cushions, bath safety, and personal care products are non-returnable.
All returns must be shipped back to the address specified to you by customer service and return number will need to be written on the shipping package itself, not the product packaging or product. If you are shipping back yourself, then tracking must be provided to customer service to confirm you have followed through with returning.
