- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective or faulty.

Product Warranty
- 1-year warranty on the device
- 500-hour warranty on the UV light source
- Includes free parts, replacements, and shipping for manufacturer defects
- Post-warranty repairs may be arranged through Hey Med Supply
This warranty complies with the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act, which requires that all terms be clearly disclosed.
14-Day Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns except defective.
- We will repair, replace, or refund defective items free of charge.
Eligible Returns
- Sealed & Unused: The device, original packaging, and all accessories (including user manual and UV-protective glasses) must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Defective or Damaged: Products that arrive defective or damaged may be returned, even if opened, as long as the issue is reported within 14 days.
Ineligible Returns
We are unable to accept returns if:
- The return is not authorized in advance
- The request is made after 14 days of delivery
- The return is shipped back more than 5 days after receiving authorization
- The product is no longer in “new” condition, including:
- Devices that are damaged
- Missing or damaged original packaging
- Missing or damaged accessories
- Retail packaging with shipping labels or markings applied directly
How to Return
- Initiate a Return
- Contact our team via email or through our website within 14 days of delivery.
- Complete the return form. Reply to your order confirmation email with the form attached, along with any additional details you'd like to share.
- Receive Authorization
- We will respond within 24 hours with approval and return instructions.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Ship Back the Product
- Repack the item with all original components and undamaged, original packaging.
- Place the product box inside a separate shipping box for protection during transit.
- Do not apply labels directly to the product packaging.
- Ship the return within 5 business days of receiving authorization.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Receive Refund
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of return inspection.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of misuse or wear.
- Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Returns that do not meet our policy criteria may be declined.

The delivery only took 2 days.
I’ve been using steroid creams on the parapsoriasis patches on my elbows, knees, and lower abdomen, but they run out quickly. I decided to try this after reading about UVB light therapy on Reddit. I’ll come back in three months to share my results.

It does work!
As someone who's dealt with plaque psoriasis for over two years, especially on my legs, lower back, and arms, I’ve tried everything—from steroid creams to biologics. I decided to invest in the KN4006B stationary UVB lamp after reading about narrowband phototherapy, and I couldn't be happier. The built-in timer make it easy for me to follow the treatment plan without overexposure. I use it about 3 times a week, and within 8 weeks, I began seeing real changes. The plaques were flattened. The redness faded, and the itching decreased.

Great quality
The size of the KN4006B is comparable to a 1-gallon milk jug, but it's actually quite lightweight when you lift the wand. The design feels sturdy and well-built. The user manual was a bit confusing, but I was able to get the help I needed from customer support, which was very responsive. The device was delivered just 2 days after I placed the order

Worth the price
I was looking for a hands-free UVA or UVB lamp to treat the psoriasis patches on my back and neck. I decided to buy from Hey Med because they seem to have been in business for a while. Their customer service is prompt and answered all my questions thoroughly. I started treatment with the KN4006B in early March, and I can tell you—it’s not a one-time fix. You need to stay consistent and make it part of your routine. The discoloration has become less noticeable, but the biggest improvement is that patches got smaller and I’m no longer as itchy when I sweat—and that alone makes it worth it!

It does what it promised!
OK, so my plaque psoriasis on my lower back had been improving slightly with topical creams, but the dry, red patches were still itchy and sometimes painful. Since I started using the 4006B lamp in December, the raised patches have become thinner, and some of the newer patches got softer, lighter-colored edges. You can even see signs of pigmentation returning, which is really encouraging.

It is working.
I bought this device to treat the eczema on my hands and fingers. The red, dry skin has become less sensitive, and I haven’t had any new blisters since I started using it in January. I’ve been using Cortizone 10 cream alongside the lamp, but since it's a steroid, I’m planning to stop using the cream and continue with just the light therapy. So far, I’m really happy with the progress!
