Initial Dose

• Psoriasis: 300 mJ/cm², 
• Vitiligo: 150-200 mJ/cm²

Instruction for Use

Pre-Treatment Steps:

1. Bathing: Take a 15-20 minute bath to remove skin scales.

2. Determine MED: Minimum Erythema Dose (MED) must be calculated before treatment.

• Kernel KN4003BL Lamp Intensity: 4.5 mW/cm²
• MED Formula: Irradiation Time (seconds)=Dose (mJ/cm²) ÷ Lamp Intensity (mW/cm²)

Dose Adjustment Guidelines:

A. No Erythema or Previous Erythema Resolved:

• Increase dose by 20-25%.

B. Mild Erythema:

• Maintain the same dose or increase by 10%.
• If resolved, follow "A."

C. Asymptomatic Shiny Erythema:

• Skip one treatment and resume with the same dose.
• Gradually increase by 10% for subsequent sessions.

D. Painful Erythema with Edema or Blisters:

• Stop treatment until recovery.
• Resume at half the previous dose.

• Document the dosage and monitor your skin’s response after each session to adjust dosing appropriately.
