Product Warranty
- 1-year warranty on the device
- 500-hour warranty on the UV light source
- Includes free parts, replacements, and shipping for manufacturer defects
- Post-warranty repairs may be arranged through Hey Med Supply
This warranty complies with the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act, which requires that all terms be clearly disclosed.
14-Day Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

Eligible Returns
- Sealed & Unused: The device, original packaging, and all accessories (including user manual and UV-protective glasses) must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Defective or Damaged: Products that arrive defective or damaged may be returned, even if opened, as long as the issue is reported within 14 days.
Ineligible Returns
We are unable to accept returns if:
- The return is not authorized in advance
- The request is made after 14 days of delivery
- The return is shipped back more than 5 days after receiving authorization
- The product is no longer in “new” condition, including:
- Devices that are damaged
- Missing or damaged original packaging
- Missing or damaged accessories
- Retail packaging with shipping labels or markings applied directly
How to Return
- Initiate a Return
- Contact our team via email or through our website within 14 days of delivery.
- Complete the return form. Reply to your order confirmation email with the form attached, along with any additional details you'd like to share.
- Receive Authorization
- We will respond within 24 hours with approval and return instructions.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Ship Back the Product
- Repack the item with all original components and undamaged, original packaging.
- Place the product box inside a separate shipping box for protection during transit.
- Do not apply labels directly to the product packaging.
- Ship the return within 5 business days of receiving authorization.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Receive Refund
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of return inspection.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of misuse or wear.
- Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Returns that do not meet our policy criteria may be declined.

Will Recommend!!!
I bought this device to supplement my vitiligo treatment at the clinic. I don’t think the nurse covers the corners of my fingers thoroughly—they always seem rushed. Since I started treating those areas myself in June, re-pigmentation has begun to form, although it’s slower compared to the spots treated by the doctors. I never thought at-home phototherapy was possible. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!
I bought this to treat eczema on my elbows, as well as the areas behind my neck and knees. During the first three treatments, my skin became drier, itchier, and redder, which concerned me. I checked the manual and did some research online—it turns out this kind of reaction is normal in the beginning. It’s important to take notes and monitor your skin after each treatment. If it does not lasts longer than 24 hours, the dose is good. Since I started using it in May, my skin has become clearer, and the eczema has improved—especially after sweating.

The delivery took 7 days
I was a bit worried after not receiving a shipping update for two days, but the customer service was very prompt and kept following up with me—I really appreciate that. In the end, the delivery took about 7 days, just as stated in the description.

Exactly what I was looking for
In addition to visiting the clinic, I wanted a device I could use while on the road to continue the same 308nm phototherapy treatment I receive. This lamp is very lightweight and doesn’t take up much space in my luggage, making it perfect for travel.

Fast enough delivery
I had no idea where to find a quality narrowband UVB lamp for my vitiligo until a friend recommended Hey Med. I can’t wait to try it out and see how it works on my skin!

I compared several devices and decided to give the LED lamp a try. I wanted my own machine to maintain my vitiligo between doctor’s visits. After three weeks of use, I haven’t experienced any side effects. The built-in skin test at the beginning is especially helpful in avoiding overuse.

No regret at all!
I used to visit my doctor’s office three times a week for vitiligo treatments on my face and hands, but I really wanted a device to treat myself at home. Hey Med recommended their Excimer LED, and I have no regrets! The 308nm Excimer LED works just like the 308nm Excimer Laser, which is exactly what I was receiving at the clinic. The device is small, lightweight, and easy to use. I’ve been able to manage my pigmentation and even see further improvements after 2 months. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a 308nm UV lamp!
