14-Day Return Policy
Customers may return eligible products within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products unless the item is faulty. Hey Med also charges 20% of restocking fee for all returns.
Eligibility for Returns
- Sealed & Unused Products: Customers can return new, unopened, and unused products in their original factory-sealed packaging for any reason.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon arrival or deemed defective, it may be returned even if unsealed.
Return Process
Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email or the contact form on our website within 14 days of purchase.
- Provide your order details, reason for return, and confirmation that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Receive Return Authorization
- We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization within 24 hours.
- You will receive shipping instructions to complete your return.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Ship the Product
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Buyers must ship the return within 5 days after receiving the return authorization.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or arrived damaged.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 48 hours.
