- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective or faulty.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns except defective. We will repair, replace, or refund defective items free of charge.

Product Warranty
- 1-year warranty on the device
- 500-hour warranty on the UV light source
- Includes free parts, replacements, and shipping for manufacturer defects
- Post-warranty repairs may be arranged through Hey Med Supply
This warranty complies with the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act, which requires that all terms be clearly disclosed.
14-Day Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

Eligible Returns
- Sealed & Unused: The device, original packaging, and all accessories (including user manual and UV-protective glasses) must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Defective or Damaged: Products that arrive defective or damaged may be returned, even if opened, as long as the issue is reported within 14 days.
Ineligible Returns
We are unable to accept returns if:
- The return is not authorized in advance
- The request is made after 14 days of delivery
- The return is shipped back more than 5 days after receiving authorization
- The product is no longer in “new” condition, including:
- Devices that are damaged
- Missing or damaged original packaging
- Missing or damaged accessories
- Retail packaging with shipping labels or markings applied directly
How to Return
- Initiate a Return
- Contact our team via email or through our website within 14 days of delivery.
- Complete the return form. Reply to your order confirmation email with the form attached, along with any additional details you'd like to share.
- Receive Authorization
- We will respond within 24 hours with approval and return instructions.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Ship Back the Product
- Repack the item with all original components and undamaged, original packaging.
- Place the product box inside a separate shipping box for protection during transit.
- Do not apply labels directly to the product packaging.
- Ship the return within 5 business days of receiving authorization.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Receive Refund
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of return inspection.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of misuse or wear.
- Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Returns that do not meet our policy criteria may be declined.

Worked perfecly
I always develop severe eczema on my fingers during the summer, especially after sweating during tennis lessons. The red, raised blisters are extremely itchy and painful, making it hard to even stretch my hands. This lamp does exactly what it claims—it calmed my eczema in just three days after one session, whereas it normally takes about seven days to heal on its own. It has definitely helped speed up the healing process.

Recommend
I ordered the KN4003B4 in March to treat vitiligo spots. I’ve been using it twice a week between my doctor’s visits. The light doesn’t produce much heat, so it doesn’t feel alarming, but it can cause skin burns if you're not careful. The vitiligo on my lower chin, around my lips, and on my neck has shown visible re-pigmentation, especially after the patches darkened initially. I'm super excited about the results!

It does what it promised!!!
After receiving the LED lamp in April, I’ve been using it to treat psoriasis on my elbows, armpits, and finger knuckles. The most obvious improvement is that there's no more itching and significantly less dryness. The red patches have clearly gotten smaller, though the pigmentation has become darker. I hope that’s just part of the normal healing process.

The improvement is better than what I expected
My eczema on my elbows and behind my knees tends to get really irritating during the summer, especially when I’m stressed. I used to pick at the patches until the skin became raw. This spring, I decided to look for a UVB light for home treatment, and so far, the red patches have become softer, and the itching has noticeably decreased.

Great product
I started using the LED lamp on March 28, and now it’s been almost two months. To be honest, I didn’t have much confidence in such a small device at first, but I committed fully to sticking with my plan. Now, the vitiligo on my eyebrows and eyelid has reduced to about half its original size, and I’ve started to notice some darker pigmentation forming around those areas. Truly encouraged by the result!

I get 308nm UVB therapy treatments at the clinic and had been searching for a 308nm device I could use at home. I’m so glad I found this one! Excited to give it a try and see how it works for me.

I will give it a try.
I was getting tired of visiting the doctor’s office three times a week for my vitiligo and wanted to find an excimer laser for personal use. Since clinical lasers are beyond my budget, I’m glad I came across this excimer LED light. It’s said to deliver very similar results to the laser, so I’m excited to give it a try.

Lightweight but good quality
It’s about the size of a water bottle and lightweight, making it easy for me to use. The delivery was fast. It arrived in just five days. I have some white spots on my forearms and fingers, so I’m starting treatment there first to see how it goes. Excited to track my progress!
