• Use once or twice daily: For athlete’s foot (between toes): typically twice daily. For ringworm or jock itch: often once daily, depending on severity.
• Keep the area clean, dry and well-ventilated, avoid tight or synthetic clothing/footwear, and change socks/shoes often if treating foot fungus.
• Continue the full course — even if symptoms improve — to help prevent recurrence.
