Even up foot leveller
Discovered these from another person working out at the Monon center. These things attached to the bottom of your other foot when you have to wear a soft cast or boot. Then bring you good foot up even to the foot with t h e boot. Keeps from putting pressure on you good side especially the hip. Worth the 30 bucks for 4 to 5 weeks.
