How to Use

• For semi-solid: add ~30 mL cold water, shake, let stand 2 minutes, then serve by spoon.
• For drink: add ~80 mL cold water (or permitted beverage), shake to dissolve, then drink immediately.
• The product should be freshly prepared and used promptly; any remaining portion must be discarded if not consumed within 1 hour at room temp or 6 hours if refrigerated (or as per product label).
