Description

FDA-Approved Clinical-Grade Pelvic Floor Therapy — In the Privacy of Your Home

The FDA-approved Kernel KN2613M brings the same 5 Tesla medical-grade magnetic stimulation used in clinics and hospitals to a compact, home-friendly design. Simply place the magnetic seat pad on any chair, sit down fully clothed, and start your treatment — no probes, no insertion, no training required.

Magnetic stimulation for pelvic floor rehabilitation was FDA-approved in 1998 and is recommended in the European Association of Urology (EAU) guidelines for nonsurgical management of urinary incontinence. Clinical studies show an effective rate up to 96.7% — and now you can access this proven therapy at home, on your own schedule.

Maximize Your Results: Combination Therapy Approach

To achieve the deepest muscle recovery and best outcomes, leading pelvic floor specialists recommend combining multiple therapies together:

The Gold Standard: Triple Therapy Protocol
1. Magnetic Stimulation (KN2613M)
Activates deep Type I & Type II muscle fibers at 10–15 cm depth — reaching muscles that voluntary contractions and surface-level devices cannot. Rebuilds the foundation of pelvic floor strength.
2. Biofeedback Training
Real-time visual feedback teaches you to correctly identify and isolate your pelvic floor muscles. Studies show over 50% of women perform Kegel exercises incorrectly without biofeedback guidance — often recruiting abdominal or gluteal muscles instead.
3. Kegel Exercises
Once you learn proper muscle isolation through biofeedback, daily Kegel exercises maintain and build upon the deep activation achieved by magnetic stimulation. The combination reinforces neural pathways and accelerates recovery.
Why combine? Magnetic stimulation rebuilds deep muscle strength, biofeedback ensures you engage the correct muscles, and Kegel exercises maintain gains between sessions. Clinical studies show combination therapy achieves significantly better outcomes than any single modality alone.

How It Works

The KN2613M uses a time-varying magnetic field to generate induced electrical currents deep within pelvic floor tissue. The magnetic seat pad contains a premium-grade coil that sends focused magnetic pulses through your clothing directly into the pelvic floor — reaching 10–15 cm deep to activate muscles that Kegel exercises and electrical stimulation cannot.

Each session:

  • Stimulates thousands of pelvic floor muscle contractions
  • Activates both Type I (endurance) and Type II (reflex) muscle fibers
  • Promotes nerve recovery and improved muscle responsiveness
  • Increases blood circulation to strengthen pelvic floor tissues
  • Improves bladder control and reduces leakage

Understanding Your Pelvic Floor Muscles

Your pelvic floor is made up of two types of muscle fibers that work together:

  • Type I fibers (slow-twitch, ~70% of pelvic floor) — The endurance muscles that support your organs and maintain continence all day long. These keep your bladder, uterus, and rectum in proper position.
  • Type II fibers (fast-twitch, ~30% of pelvic floor) — The quick-response muscles that activate during sudden pressure — preventing leakage when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or exercise.

The KN2613M’s deep magnetic stimulation is one of the only non-invasive methods that fully activates both fiber types, providing complete pelvic floor rehabilitation that Kegel exercises alone cannot achieve.

Conditions & Symptoms

  • Stress Urinary Incontinence — Leaking when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or exercise
  • Urge Incontinence — Sudden, strong urge to urinate that’s hard to control
  • Mixed Incontinence — Combination of stress and urge symptoms
  • Postpartum Recovery — Pelvic floor weakening from pregnancy and childbirth
  • Pelvic Floor Weakness — Feeling of heaviness, pressure, or “things falling out”
  • Age-Related Pelvic Floor Decline — Gradual weakening from hormonal changes and aging
  • Pelvic Pain — Chronic pelvic discomfort

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will I see results?

Most users notice improvement within 2–3 weeks of regular use. The recommended protocol is 2–3 sessions per week for 6–8 weeks. Many users report a significant reduction in leakage episodes and improved bladder control after the first few sessions.

What does it feel like?

You’ll feel a tingling sensation and involuntary pelvic floor muscle contractions — like a strong Kegel being performed for you automatically. The intensity is fully adjustable. Most people describe it as unusual but comfortable, not painful. You can read, watch TV, or scroll your phone during the 20–30 minute session.

How does the cost compare to clinic treatments?

Cost Comparison: Home Device vs. Clinic Visits
Clinic session (typical)
$300 – $500 per visit
Full treatment course (12–16 sessions)
$3,600 – $8,000
KN2613M (unlimited sessions, yours forever)
$4,615 — one time
The KN2613M pays for itself after just one treatment course — and you can continue using it for maintenance sessions, share it with family members, or use it for years to come with no additional cost.

Do I need a prescription?

The KN2613M is a Class II medical device available for home use without a prescription. However, we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any pelvic floor therapy, especially if you have underlying medical conditions.

How long is each session?

20–30 minutes. Simply place the seat pad on any chair, sit down in your regular clothes, select a program with the remote, and relax. No preparation or recovery time needed.

Is the KN2613M FDA approved?

Yes. Magnetic stimulation therapy for pelvic floor disorders was FDA-approved in 1998. The KN2613M uses this proven, FDA-approved technology. It is also recommended in the European Association of Urology (EAU) guidelines for nonsurgical management of urinary incontinence.

Is it safe for long-term use?

Yes. Magnetic stimulation has been used clinically since the late 1990s with an excellent safety profile. The technology is non-invasive with no known long-term side effects. Many users continue maintenance sessions (1–2 per week) after their initial treatment course for sustained results.

Can men use this device?

Yes. While pelvic floor disorders are more common in women (especially postpartum), men also experience urinary incontinence, particularly after prostate surgery. The KN2613M is effective for both men and women.

Skeptical at first but it works

Posted by Linda W. on June 18, 2025

Spent a long time going back and forth on whether to buy this or keep doing clinic visits at $375/pop. Glad I pulled the trigger. After about 3 weeks of every-other-day use I started noticing a real difference. 2 months in now and my stress incontinence is probably 80% better.
