At Hey Med, we’ve been committed to delivering quality medical supplies with heart. If you need to return a product, please review the policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

14-Day Return Policy

Customers may return eligible products within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products unless the item is faulty. Hey Med also charges 20% of restocking fee for all returns.

Eligibility for Returns

• Sealed & Unused Products: Customers can return new, unopened, and unused products in their original factory-sealed packaging for any reason.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon arrival or deemed defective, it may be returned even if unsealed.

Return Process

Initiate a Return

• Contact us via email or the contact form on our website within 14 days of purchase.
• Provide your order details, reason for return, and confirmation that the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Receive Return Authorization

• We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization within 24 hours.
• You will receive shipping instructions to complete your return.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Ship the Product

• Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
• Buyers must ship the return within 5 days after receiving the return authorization.
• Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or arrived damaged.

Return Verification & Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 48 hours.
• If the item is not in "new" condition or does not meet our return policy requirements, the return may be declined.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

• Customer-Paid Return Shipping: If returning a non-defective, unopened item, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
• Hey Med Supply Covers Return Shipping: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges for Defective Products

If an item is deemed defective, Hey Med Supply will ship a replacement device at no additional shipping cost.
