- Sealed & Unused: The device, original packaging, and all accessories (including user manual and UV-protective glasses) must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Defective or Damaged: Products that arrive defective or damaged may be returned, even if opened, as long as the issue is reported within 14 days.
Ineligible Returns
We are unable to accept returns if:
- The return is not authorized in advance
- The request is made after 14 days of delivery
- The return is shipped back more than 5 days after receiving authorization
- The product is no longer in “new” condition, including:

Excellent!
The inverse psoriasis in my armpits has caused itching and tenderness. I have been diligent about keeping my skin dry and applying calcipotriene when flare-ups occur. However, I have mixed feelings about using medicinal ointments. After using the device for three months, I am relieved by the results. The swelling has gotten smaller, and I haven't experienced small cracks in my skin for a while.

Worth it!!!!
This works great on the vitiligo spots on my fingers and hands. After about 10 weeks of use, I’ve started to see some pigmentation reappearing, which is really encouraging. I was initially concerned about the lamp’s effectiveness, but I’m glad I stuck with it. I would definitely recommend it.

Much relief for my vitiligo
I think you need to use it a month or two longer to see the full result, but I noticed very quickly how my back of my hands feels a lot calmer after I use it.

Easy to use
Still early days, but it works well. I've been using it for about a month, and it's definitely helping to calm my eczema. It has a similar effect to steroids but without the mess. Will continue the treatment and hope for even more improvement.
