Eligible Returns
- Sealed & Unused: The device, original packaging, and all accessories (including user manual and UV-protective glasses) must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Defective or Damaged: Products that arrive defective or damaged may be returned, even if opened, as long as the issue is reported within 14 days.
Ineligible Returns
We are unable to accept returns if:
- The return is not authorized in advance
- The request is made after 14 days of delivery
- The return is shipped back more than 5 days after receiving authorization
- The product is no longer in “new” condition, including:

Worth the price
I was looking for a hands-free UVA or UVB lamp to treat the psoriasis patches on my back and neck. I decided to buy from Hey Med because they seem to have been in business for a while. Their customer service is prompt and answered all my questions thoroughly. I started treatment with the KN4006B in early March, and I can tell you—it’s not a one-time fix. You need to stay consistent and make it part of your routine. The discoloration has become less noticeable, but the biggest improvement is that patches got smaller and I’m no longer as itchy when I sweat—and that alone makes it worth it!

It does what it promised!
OK, so my plaque psoriasis on my lower back had been improving slightly with topical creams, but the dry, red patches were still itchy and sometimes painful. Since I started using the 4006B lamp in December, the raised patches have become thinner, and some of the newer patches got softer, lighter-colored edges. You can even see signs of pigmentation returning, which is really encouraging.

It is working.
I bought this device to treat the eczema on my hands and fingers. The red, dry skin has become less sensitive, and I haven’t had any new blisters since I started using it in January. I’ve been using Cortizone 10 cream alongside the lamp, but since it's a steroid, I’m planning to stop using the cream and continue with just the light therapy. So far, I’m really happy with the progress!
