Instructions for Use
Pre-Treatment Steps
1. Bathing: Take a 15-20 minute bath to remove skin scales.
2. Determine MED: Minimum Erythema Dose (MED) must be calculated before treatment.

- MED Formula: Irradiation Time (seconds)=Dose (mJ/cm²) ÷ Lamp Intensity (mW/cm²)
Treatment Protocols

- Frequency: 3-4 times/week
- Treatment session: 15-20 times

- Frequency: 2-3 times/week

Dose Adjustment Guidelines:
A. No Erythema or Previous Erythema Resolved:
- Increase dose by 20-25%.
B. Mild Erythema:
- Maintain the same dose or increase by 10%.
- If resolved, follow "A."
C. Asymptomatic Shiny Erythema:
- Skip one treatment, then resume with the same dose.
- Gradually increase by 10% for subsequent sessions.
D. Painful Erythema with Edema or Blisters:
- Stop treatment until recovery.
- Resume at half the previous dose.

14-Day Return Policy
Customers may return eligible products within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products unless the item is faulty. Hey Med also charges 20% of restocking fee for all returns.

- Sealed & Unused Products: Customers can return new, unopened, and unused products in their original factory-sealed packaging for any reason.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon arrival or deemed defective, it may be returned even if unsealed.

Double lamp is better
Good little investment for the psoriasis on my elbows. I was unsure about this at first. After roughly four weeks (3 time a week) of using it, I am very happy about the outcome. The itch and redness have gone down so much. A lot less flakiness than before.

Great stationary design for treating my back.
I've used it for two months and have already seen some improvement—no more redness or itching. However, it's not a one-time solution. You need to continue treating it for the best results.

Very efficient on time from ordered to delivered as it only took 4 days
Also great product. Been using these machines for a decade and if used properly they do reduce your psoriasis plaques. You’ll notice a slight improvement early on after a few treatments, but you will see a better improvement after a few weeks. It’s a working process and definitely not a cure all. But if you’re not wanting to get on the Bio-Meds, this is a great alternative, just can take a lot of time and commitment to get to the desired results. Overall, I’m sticking with the UVB Phototherapy as it’s my best option at the moment. Hope this helps anyone dealing with this skin condition.
